Cut a slice of about 1.5 to 2cm with fishing line, do not cut with a knife otherwise you will crumble the bread. Soak it in water until the crust is soft. Press out the water in flat position ( Do not press into a ball). Take a bit of bread (hook size). The bread will swell double in water. Use a bait punch for consistent size.
