
Shipping & ReturnsShipping Policy: All products ordered before 13.00 GMT are normally dispatched same day, subject to stock availability.Items will be dispatched by either Initial City Link Couriers or Royal Mail dependant on size and weight.Usually items over 2.5kg in weight, bulky or over the value of £50.00 will be sent via Initial City Link Couriers, next working day delivery (No Saturday Deliveries). All other items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, Normally 3 - 5 working days.The Delivery Instructions Box in the shopping cart will only apply to items delivered by City Link Couriers and NOT Royal Mail deliveries.If a request for the parcel to be left in an unsecure location without obtaining a signature is made, this is at the customers risk and no liabilty will be accepted by Harrisons Tackle for missing parcelsUnfortunately, at present we are unable to ship bulky items eg. Rods, Poles, Seat Boxes etc, outside the UK main land.PLEASE NOTE * All main land UK internet orders will be sent post FREE. Postal charges will be made for telephone orders and will be quoted at the time of placing the order.* Shipping charges for over seas orders will be quoted on the website at the time of placing an order, if charges alter due to increases by couriers, you will be notified by us prior to processing your order.Returns Policy: All products carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.If you wish to return a product please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us with the following details. Order NumberFull Name and addressEmail AddressTelephone Number When sent back to us, you must include a copy of your invoice and a covering note explaining the fault and what you may have done to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Also the product should be in its original packaging and all component parts included PLEASE NOTE * It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return to us and make sure that it is well packaged.* We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we can not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.* Any returns that are returned for non-broken reasons (e.g. deciding it is no longer required or ordered incorrectly) will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred by us to ship the parcel.(Return shipping costs for items incorrectly sent or faulty will be refunded in full.) If Initial City Link Couriers are not be able to deliver the ordered products, a card from the courier will be left at the delivery premises notifying you that you have 5 days to arrange delivery/collection of the goods. If this is not completed in the above timescale then the products will be returned to us. This will incur an additional handling charge equivalent to the delivery charge applicable to your order being sent. Should you wish us to rearrange delivery again, this will incur a further delivery charge equivalent to that of the original delivery charge. |
